We've designed some delicious menus to pair perfectly with your 3, 4 or 5 hour tours aboard the beautiful MV Shanutski. Check out our packages below and be sure to inquire directly for an accurate quote.

Yacht Club.
On-board Dining Options, Fall/Winter 2021 - 2022.

Package 1 – ~$150/pp

$100/pp - 3 hour yacht tour;

$800 - CAVIAR service for up to 6.

(Price listed above is for a (max) group size of 6; 3 hours is the minimum tour length, 5 hours is the maximum; price featured is for a 3 hour tour. This package is perfect for groups of 2 - 6 people. Supplemental hourly + service charges may apply.)

'The All-Aboard Caviar Service'

 

Catered Luxe Snack Menu (pre-packed and at yacht upon arrival):

 

Caviar Flight: 2oz. Hackleback caviar, 1 oz. Royal White Sturgeon caviar, 1 oz. Russian Osetra caviar & 2 oz. salmon or trout roe (based on client selection). Served with buttery cracker selection, blinis, chives and creme fraîche.

 

‘Bubbles on the Bay’, caviar service includes a bottle of Krug Grand Cuveé Brut Champagne (substitute Dom Perignon 2010 for an additional $350).

Package 2 – $175/pp TOTAL

Caribbean Cheese + Charcuterie Board: 2 young cheeses, 2 aged cheeses, 1 Journeyman Salumi, jerk salmon rillette, chorizo, tamarind membrillo, exotic fruits, curry cashews + banana chips & seeded crackers

 

‘Queen’s Bay Bubble’, house made hibiscus syrup with metodo tradicionale cava (2/pp)

'Island Life Lunch'

 

Catered Lunch Menu (pre-packed and at yacht upon arrival):

 

Caribbean Hand Wraps with braised Mary’s Organic jerk chicken, roasted bell peppers, roasted garlic + rosemary aioli, fresh cilantro + seasonal veg in a red bell pepper or spinach wrap with savory yogurt dipping sauce. Vegan option features delicious vegan protein substitute from Unicorn Meats™.

 

Jerk Tostones: crispy plantain chips topped with dry jerk spice

 

Mini (GF) Banana Bread Trifles with browned butter banana bread, bourbon candied pecans + citrusy whipped yogurt

 

• Non-alcoholic beverages: Sparkling Water + Jamaica Tea
